Reunion Registration Form

PARTICIPANT AWARENESS AND AGREEMENT:  The Reunion Committee affirms that all event participants are made aware that photography and videography will take place; and that Committee will have full usage rights to such images and videos for promotional purposes related to the Reunion; and that the photographer may only use such images/videos if explicit permission is obtained from individuals depicted; and that the Committee is not responsible for any misuse beyond this agreement.
